Orders are first shipped from our overseas warehouse to our U.S. distribution center, then forwarded to your shipping address. Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner, within 4–7 business days.

For returns or exchanges due to size, color, or customer preference:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to DOCO.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• For exchanges, DOCO will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
