If you ordered the wrong size or color, no problem! Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and DOCO will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.Â
If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including shipping. We just need the defect photos or videos to our email address: docopet@gmail.com
