Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your DOCO purchase!

If you ordered the wrong size or color, no problem! Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

For returns or exchanges due to size, color, or customer preference:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to DOCO.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, DOCO will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Please email photos or videos showing the issue to docopet@gmail.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
